We’re excited to unveil our latest collaboration with The Barcelona EDITION: Quiet Bloom, this year’s Sant Jordi art installation. This sculptural piece offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic rose—merging tradition, design, and innovation in a striking and immersive experience.

Quiet Bloom was conceived and brought to life by Marcel Baer, Founder and Creative Director of OCTAEVO. Drawing inspiration from the symbolic Sant Jordi rose—a timeless emblem of Catalan culture—the installation is crafted from sustainable materials and reimagines this beloved icon through a modern lens.

Characterized by its organic forms, flowing lines, and vibrant color palette, Quiet Bloom harmoniously integrates into the hotel’s lobby. It enters into a thoughtful visual conversation with the space’s existing design elements, including the striking blue spherical lamp and the two Bracelli lamps by Salvador Dalí.

More than just a tribute, Quiet Bloom is a call to reflect on how design can reinterpret cultural heritage—transforming tradition into a contemporary visual narrative that celebrates beauty, creativity, and innovation.

On view in the lobby through May 4.
