Wholesale Assistant
Full time position, based in our office in Barcelona
Who are we?
OCTAEVO is an international design company creating uplifting homewares and gifts, infused with Mediterranean philosophy. We create all our products in-house at our office located in the Poble Nou district in Barcelona, produce them with trusted suppliers and distribute worldwide.

Tasks
Your main task is to ensure that all our customers receive the best possible service throughout the sales process.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both B2C and B2B customers, handling daily order flow, complaints, and general support.
- Manage product replacements and issue credit notes as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain ERP/CRM systems by approving leads, updating customer and supplier files, and tracking invoice statuses.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to achieve monthly B2B sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships based on honesty and security.
- Organize and assist in trade fairs and similar sales events, contributing to the company's visibility and sales opportunities.
Skills
- You have 2-3 years experience in customer service and wholesale.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with empathy and patience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Odoo is a plus
- Highly independent and well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks and challenges
- Interest in design and knowledge of the market
