Each piece is handmade and hand-painted in small batches, making every item unique. Slight variations in colour or pattern are part of their charm and reflect the artisanal process.

Ceramics are fridge, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Over time, high heat may cause fine lines or reduce shine—a natural ageing process for white clay. For best longevity, hand-wash with mild soap and let dry naturally. Not oven safe.

Delivery

European Union: 3–4 business days
Rest of the world: 7–10 business days, depending on customs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Simply email webshop@octaevo.com to arrange your return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are final.
