DELACREM
Massimo Pignata, a native of Piamonte—the birthplace of “Slow Food”—grew up surrounded by locally sourced food. He studied contemporary history but changed course to learn how to make ice cream alongside his friend and mentor Marco Carnevale Maffé, following the principles of the Slow Food movement.
CAJÚ
Located in the Born neighborhood, Cajú is an “gelateria” that redefines the concept of ice cream without using milk, cream, or eggs. It's all based on the premise of being completely plant-based.
AMMA Gelato
Founded by Arthur after leaving a career in commodities trading, AMMA Gelato was born from a desire to create something more meaningful. Every gelato is made daily from scratch using carefully selected natural ingredients—from fresh local fruit to premium Italian pistachios and gianduia—without pre-mixes or industrial pastes, resulting in authentic, artisanal gelato made with care.

Morreig began as an artisanal bakery and ice cream shop specializing in leavened pastries. They champion artisanal products in Barcelona, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and techniques that blend creativity, tradition, and innovation. Each artisanal dessert reflects a deep respect for the craft.

Founded by three childhood friends from San Remo, Italy, Paral·lelo brings the tradition of authentic Italian gelato to Barcelona. What began as a shared passion has grown into a diverse team supported by local suppliers, friends, and artisans. Together, they are committed to crafting 100% artisanal gelato, combining Italian heritage with high-quality ingredients and a collaborative spirit.
