Shipping times

We process and send orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. All shipments are managed through our partners GLS, CTT, DHL, Fedex or UPS and will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment.

Estimated shipping times:

Deliveries in the European Union: 3-4 business days.
Deliveries to other countries: 6-7 business days, depending on customs procedures.

Delivery during peak periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, may take longer than usual.

Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery, consequently it is not possible to ship to PO Box Addresses. You can get additional information on the delivery terms here.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and will appear in the shopping cart before making payment. 

Import duties, customs fees and local taxes

All orders shipped outside the European Union are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of import duties, taxes, or customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping, customs or import fees, and related handling costs.

These amounts will be deducted from any order refund. If the total return and import costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms.

Tracking an order

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

In case you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

How should I report a missing items/damaged or defective item from my order?

Please report any damaged or missing items to info@octaevo.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

How to return an item

  1. Make sure that your order qualifies and inform us at info@octaevo.com. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  2. Please send your order and its original packing slip to:

    Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

  3. Await credit
    Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact info@octaevo.com.
