• The promo code is unique and has no expiration date.
• The gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for gratuity.
• Please keep your code in a safe place; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery

European Union: 3–4 business days
Rest of the world: 7–10 business days, depending on customs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Simply email webshop@octaevo.com to arrange your return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are final.
