El Aperitivo

El Aperitivo

Gildas, vermouth, mismatched glasses and good company. Our favourite ritual, and how we set the table for it.

In the enchanting days of early summer, we find ourselves irresistibly drawn to our favourite ritual, the aperitivo. It’s a cherished tradition that brings us together in the most delightful way. Our gatherings are filled with the magic of indulging in delectable bites, light-hearted banter, and creating unforgettable memories. The aperitivo has become an integral part of our lives, a time when we can unwind and connect with one another.

A highlight of our aperitivo experience is the art of making gildas. The combination of pickled green chili peppers, olives, and anchovies on skewers may seem unconventional, but the flavours harmonize perfectly — and they are made for our reusable cocktail picks. To enhance this culinary adventure, we complement our creations with a splash of vermouth, adding a touch of vibrancy to the occasion.

Creating an inviting ambiance is essential for an exceptional aperitivo experience. We take pleasure in adorning the table with fresh flowers, fruits, colourful coasters and napkins. Mismatched plates and glasses bring a unique charm and personal touch to the setting. As we gather around, the visual feast sets the stage for a truly memorable occasion.

Cheers to the aperitivo, a delightful tradition that reminds us to slow down, connect, and savour the simple pleasures of life.

Everything for the table is in El Aperitivo.
